When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy those products. No contract is formed until we confirm acceptance of your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases where a product is out of stock, pricing errors have occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Wings Flora Drapes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns of unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Upon approval of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Custom-sized curtains and bespoke orders are made to your specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Lead times for custom orders typically range from 2–4 weeks. A 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom orders, with the balance due prior to shipping.
